Accepted Answer

LCHPMF™ is Dr. Jay Wrigley's proprietary Low Carb, High Protein, Moderate Fat framework within a broader pattern-first and physiology-first approach. It is applied to the 14 primary midlife hormone and metabolic patterns identified through 30 years of clinical practice. The framework helps organize educational questions without diagnosing or treating symptoms.

Question 3

Why does Dr. Jay use Fullscript and Wholescripts for supplements?

Accepted Answer

Dr. Jay Wrigley uses Fullscript and Wholescripts exclusively because they are physician-only, HIPAA-compliant professional dispensary platforms. Under HIPAA regulations, physician dispensing of nutraceuticals and supplements to patients requires a HIPAA-compliant platform that maintains proper practitioner-patient relationship documentation, secure health data handling, and prescription-level record keeping. This protects patient health information and ensures all supplement recommendations are made within a compliant clinical relationship. These are not affiliate arrangements — they are a legal and regulatory requirement of physician dispensing.

What is LEO?

LEO helps people organize observations, understand overlapping patterns, and form better questions. It is educational and does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical care.

The Dr. Jay Hormone & Metabolism Assessment is a free 31-question educational pattern-recognition tool that helps identify which of the 14 primary midlife patterns a person may be operating in, based on Dr. Wrigley's LCHPMF™ framework. It provides an educational starting point and questions to discuss with a qualified clinician; it is not a diagnosis or treatment plan.
