Purchasing a supplement, completing the hormone assessment, or reading content on this Site does not establish a clinical relationship with Dr. Jay Wrigley. If you are seeking medical care, please consult a licensed healthcare provider in your jurisdiction.

Consultation services offered through this Site are wellness and functional medicine consultations. They are not a substitute for emergency care, primary care, or specialist treatment. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase products and services. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Residents of all U.S. states and international jurisdictions are welcome to purchase supplements where permitted by local law. Consultation services are currently available to residents of states where Dr. Wrigley holds an active medical license.

3. Products — Supplements

All supplement products sold on this Site are dietary supplements regulated under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA). These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage recommendations are provided for informational purposes. Results vary by individual. 4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with a supplement purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at wrigleydrjay@gmail.com. Opened products may be returned for store credit; unopened products in original condition may be returned for a full refund minus shipping costs.

Consultation fees and digital products (e-books, programs) are non-refundable once accessed or delivered, except where required by applicable law.

7. Consultation Services

Consultation services are booked through our scheduling platform. By booking a consultation, you agree to our cancellation policy: cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

Consultations are conducted via secure Zoom video. You are responsible for ensuring you have a compatible device and stable internet connection. Technical difficulties on your end do not entitle you to a refund.

8. Hormone Assessment Tool

The hormone assessment available at this Site is a self-reported screening tool designed to help identify potential hormonal imbalances. It is not a diagnostic instrument and does not replace laboratory testing or clinical evaluation. Results are educational in nature and should be reviewed with a qualified healthcare provider before making any health decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, protocols, assessment tools, and the LCHPMF™ methodology — is the intellectual property of Dr. Jay Wrigley and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
