Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want every patient experience to be exceptional. This policy outlines our fair and transparent terms for consultations, programs, supplements, and digital products. By making a purchase or booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.

1. Consultation Appointments

48+ hours before appointment 100% refund or free reschedule
24–48 hours before appointment 50% refund; free reschedule available
Less than 24 hours No refund; one reschedule credit may be issued at our discretion
No-show No refund; appointment forfeited

Rescheduling: Free with 48+ hours notice. Must occur within 60 days of original booking.

Medical emergencies: Contact us as soon as possible — handled case-by-case with compassion.


2. Health Programs & Packages

Cooling-off period: Cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no sessions have been used and no lab orders placed.

3. Supplement & Product Orders

Important: Supplement orders are fulfilled through Fullscript and Wholescripts and are subject to each platform's return policy.

Fullscript Return Policy

  • Returns accepted for unopened products purchased within the last 30 days
  • Customer pays return shipping — no prepaid labels provided
  • Contact Fullscript for a return address and RMA number; write RMA on outside of package
  • Refunds issued 5–10 business days after warehouse receipt to original payment method
  • Allow 1–3 additional business days for refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping costs non-refundable unless Fullscript or courier is at fault
  • Opened products and reseller purchases not eligible

Wholescripts Return Policy

  • Returns accepted for unopened products within 30 days of purchase
  • Contact Wholescripts support to initiate return and receive instructions
  • Refunds processed within 5–10 business days of warehouse receipt to original payment method
  • Opened or used products not eligible
  • Damaged/defective: contact Wholescripts immediately with photos for replacement or refund

Specialty Products (OstaDerm & Transdermal Formulas)

Opened transdermal items are non-returnable for safety reasons. Unopened items follow the standard 30-day policy.


4. Digital Products & Books

Digital downloads, e-books, and online protocols are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Physical books follow the 30-day return policy if unopened and in original condition.


5. How to Request a Cancellation or Return

Contact us with: full name, email, order or appointment number, reason, and whether the supplement is from Fullscript or Wholescripts.

Note: Supplement refunds must be processed through Fullscript or Wholescripts directly. We will assist you with the process.

Response time: 1–2 business days.

7. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

  • Medical emergencies or hospitalization (documentation may be requested)
  • Serious adverse reactions — contact us immediately
  • Extenuating circumstances reviewed case-by-case
