Classic Chicken (or Tuna) Salad

Classic Chicken (Or Tuna) Salad:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced OR 2 cups canned chicken or tuna

  • 1/2 cup quality mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup purple onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions: In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken or tuna, mayonnaise, sour cream or yogurt, mustard, celery, onion, and paprika. Mix all of the ingredients together until well combined, and then salt and pepper to taste. Chill for at least 30 minutes before eating to allow the flavors to blend. Eat on its own or enjoy in a lettuce wrap!
