Buttery Baked Chicken Wings:

Ingredients:

  • 12 chicken wings

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon no-sugar hot sauce (optional)

Directions: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a wire rack on top of a baking sheet to allow air circulation for even cooking.

Place the chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet or wire rack. Ensure they are evenly spaced. Season both sides of the chicken wings with salt. You can also add any additional seasonings you prefer, such as garlic powder or paprika.

If you choose to use hot sauce, mix the hot sauce and melted butter together. Then drizzle either just the melted butter or the butter/ sauce combo evenly over the chicken wings.

Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for approximately 35-45 minutes, turning them halfway through. The wings should become crispy and fully cooked, with no pink meat near the bone. Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly before devouring!
