Refund & Return Policy

Digital Products & Consultations

Due to the nature of digital products and professional consultation services, all sales of digital downloads, assessment access, membership subscriptions, and completed consultations are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

• The Hormonal Blueprint and other digital books
• Clinical assessment access
• LEO membership subscriptions
• Completed consultation appointments

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a digital product you have purchased, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.

Supplement Products

We accept returns on unopened, unused supplement products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at drjaywrigley.com/pages/contact within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide return shipping instructions
4. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item

We do not accept returns on opened or partially used supplement products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Consultation Cancellations

Consultation appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours notice may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows will be charged in full. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
