Surf & Turf Skewers:
Ingredients:
1 pound of ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon butter, melted
BBQ skewers
Directions: Preheat your grill to high heat. Pat the steak and shrimp dry, then place together in a bowl. Pour over the butter and salt generously, then mix well to ensure the meats are evenly coated.
Thread the steak cubes and shrimp onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece. You can do all-steak skewers, all-shrimp skewers, or mix and match.
Place the skewers on the hot grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the steak has reached your desired level of doneness and the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Serve hot and enjoy!
