The Chocolate Raspberry Bliss Protein Shake:

Are you ready to hit your protein goal for the day in the most berry-licious way? This protein shake is nutritious AND delicious, and it makes for a sweet, but still low-carb friendly post-workout treat or afternoon snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop low-carb chocolate protein powder

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup raspberries

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Directions: Blend the protein powder, yogurt, raspberries, and ice (if desired) until BERRY well combined. Soon, you’ll be blissing your way through the rest of your day!
